PTU Annual sports 2011

It's exciting to be a part of the college team.It fells good,proudy....
that's what one should  suppose to be feel,yeah. A day before yesterday we were(IET-Morning batch)supposed to give the trails for the selection in the college team for the PTU Annual sports meet 2011,which is scheduled to occur at SBBSIET ,Jalandhar but they didn't occur,especially we hostelers were called again at 5:00 pm for the same.but again news was the same.Instead the director of the sports gave a reason that we should do some warmups before the trail,which was ok from our perspective.later when our warmups went over we again approached him for our trails.
This time we were fired to hear that our trails will take place tomorrow the same time i.e 5:00 pm.That was pathetic .we were running here n there and they just really didn't care.
The worst news came tomorrow.when we got a sneakpeak info from IET-Evening batch student Prem singh that our trails will not occur,they are just fooling us,actually thay had their team made previously.The seniors who went for the PTU Annual sports meet last year,are actually supposed to go.
That's very annoying news as far as we 1st year students are concerned.some us are feeling so dejected and literally fckd up.....!!!
I did miss my 4-5 lectures in addition to this we also practiced so as to give our best attempt in the trails,but all in vain...
Now the news that i am getting is that there will be a college sports meet after in a month or so.....
so,i'm now looking forward to that....

It is a good felling,when someone admires you,yes,today it was the day.
Today we had another Communication skills lab and
About two weeks back sir had given a topic to prepare an assignment upon,it was based on Technical Communication and accordingly we had to give a presentation on it in the C.S  lab.
Today it was the very same day,i was quite calm,certainly because,few days back,someone made me realize,that what it means to be a Karenite. and what i have undertook to be become like this.....
Today,i had this thing in my mind,i was calm,relaxed,i just felt that i need to simply bring it out,what is so called potential that i had in me and just i needed to realize.
Today i spoke my heart out and in return got few better compliments from our sir(Dr. Mohammad Arif).There are many things i like about him.He sometimes says,today was no exception,he said that " We should consider ourselves the students blessed with best fortunes,that we studying in a college or a University,we should be obliged to our parents that they have sent us to study".
I truly feel the essence of his lines,there are many in the blessed with so much of good talent but are merely waiting for a change.

Need a Change

I am very depressed and annoyed from myself..
why am i like this.......!!!
why am i so in contended with my self.....!!!
Today my college day stated with maths lecture,i was in the class on time(which is a new thing considering i rarely reach on time for 1st lecture).
Our maths teacher,who is also our class teacher Mr Pramod Kumar sir,gave us few questions on the topic which he had previously taught in his previous lecture...
I couldn't solve any of the questions completely.... WTF...!!!
You know why?????
coz i didn't know how to solve them.....fucking damnnn....!!!
I was very much depressed and angry with myself,this went on to grow more as i eventually saw my one of my friends(who was sitting just beside me)solving one by one with ease and quite quickly... :X :(
Momentarily,I wanted to leave my all the upcoming lectures and decided to go to my hostel room and study.
the biggest problem with me is my lack of commitment towards studies,which i always aspire to improve upon......!!!
my study time is between 9:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. ,before this time i like to use the internet on my lappy.


I definitely need a change


About half an hour ago,i attended my 2nd communication skills lab about half an hour back,led by Md. Arif Sir.This class was very important from everyone's perspective.we were told to make our groups,comprising of at least of three and almost of five students.my group has five students,i was invited by Prabhjot Singh in his group,but i couldn't accept his proposal as my team was already formed.We were given 10 topics to prepare a report.we have few days of time to select the topic and accordingly we need to research,develop thoughts and ideas and summon them in form of a printed report,and submit it in about of 2 months......
Let's see what happens...!!!

A day before yesterday i wached a movie named "THE SOCIAL NETWORK"

One thing which i liked most,apart from the movie was its its headline 
i quote:-
You don't GET TO  500 million FRIENDS without making a few ENEMIES.
and i suspect it is not a matter to debate,and is actually true to much extent 

The movie stars - JESSE EISENBERG,who played the role of Mark Zuckerberg in the movie,the movie is directed by David Fincher,
IMDB reviewed this movie and gave 8.2 stars out of 10

It's very simple to answer.....!!!
one can easily answer - "The creator of Facebook"

Well, in my opinion he was a guy who just knew what do to and when to do...!!!
Wikipedia portrayed him as a Howard dropout.
infact,this decision was worth making for the sake of furthur developing Facebook.
Now,he's amongst the worlds youngest billionaires,with Facebook having above 500 billion$ market value.

13 rd day of 2nd semester

college and hostel fee deposited...
2nd Sem registration done...

Attended communication skills lecture at 1:10

Although i am brought up by an English school,which was affiliated to CBSE,
i found today to my astonishment that my legs were shivering with my heart best rosed up to quite an extent when i was called on the stage for the presentation .......
Our C.S. teacher : Mr Arif Khan, Sir gave us a excerpt  from today's English newspaper,
he wanted us to narrate the essence of the excerpt  in our own words...
he gave us one minute of time to get prepared mentally and physically .....


The first one to go on the stage was me...!!!!
i was quite anxious to give quite a presentation,but it didn't as i thought..!!!
unexpectedly i broke some times in between and lately i completed the presentation....

Remarks which i got from Sir :-

He exclaimed that my voice was audible but i need to lay more emphasis on pronunciation...!!!

My feelings after my presentation went over :-

At this time i was feeling quite relaxed and to some extent satisfied
I felt if i would have given a second chance it would have been a different scenario by then...

I am now looking forward for the next C.S. lecture.....
